Vegetable Moong and Amaranth Chilla

Step 1

Take 100 gm of Mooogly’s Moong and Amaranth Chilla in a bowl

Step 2

Add 160ml – 180ml of warm water to get desired pourable consistency of the batter.

Step 3

Keep it aside for 10 mins.

Step 4

Chop veggies of choice (carrots, onions, beans, capsicum, grated beetroot, paneer etc).

Step 5

Heat a cast iron/ non stick tawa and spread the batter to form chilla.

Step 6

Pour oil/ ghee on sides. Flip the chilla once its cooked from the bottom. Cook it well on the other side as well.

Step 7

Serve it with chutney of choice/ curd.


You can mix Mooogly’s Nuts & Seeds Powder in the batter for added nourishment.
